Celebrating the holidays brings a special kind of joy, and this year’s theme, “Hearts Aglow,” encourages us to open our hearts to the spirit of the season. This theme is especially meaningful because it directly represents our focus this year— raising funds for the Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular services.
The Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular services is an integral part of our hospital and plays a critical role in serving our community. Many of us know friends or family who have been affected by heart disease. Sadly, heart disease remains the #1 killer in the United States. Henry Mayo is committed to ensuring that the best care and services are available right here in our growing community.
I am deeply honored to serve as this year’s Home Tour President, and I am proud to stand alongside passionate and incredible people who care. Our Home Tour Gala continues to thrive thanks to the dedication of our Home Tour members, Foundation staff, and Video Bump.
A heartfelt thank you to our homeowners—Sadie and Lance Williams, Marian and Richard Sandnes, and Anastajah and Spiro Razatos. Thank you for opening your homes and sharing your holiday traditions with our community.
Each featured home reflects the unique styles and personalities of its homeowners, creating a fabulous virtual holiday tour. This year’s homes are brought to life through the creativity and expertise of the talented designers: Carolina and Cesar Chavez of C Squared Design + Build, Jeanna Crawford of Jeanna Loves Christmas, and Anastajah Razatos.
This evening is about much more than the stunning homes and festive glamour. It’s about supporting the needs of our community and ensuring that the hospital has the resources needed to continue to provide exceptional care. We cannot do this alone—we need your help to raise the necessary funds.
The fun doesn’t stop here. The festivities of the holidays continue with the Holiday Home Tour Boutique, sponsored by Williams Homes that will take place on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at our brand-new LOCATION! For the first time, the event will take place at Williams Ranch model homes in Hasley Canyon. Festivities will include a visit with Santa, photos, hot cocoa, crafts for the kids and a great venue to shop some of the best boutiques in town!
This year’s Boutique features an extra special highlight: one of our model homes will be fully decked out for the season. Experience the “Model Christmas - Snow Globe Winter Wonderland,” a stunning showcase that’s part of the 2024 Home Tour.

All members are welcome at our monthly Board meetings, and we hold two general membership meetings per year, one in the Spring and another in the Fall, these meetings usually include a luncheon event.

The Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular Center is a vital part of Henry Mayo’s commitment to exceptional heart health care. This state-of-the-art facility offers advanced diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the Center provides lifesaving interventions and personalized care for patients in need, and has experienced a 55% growth in procedures in 2024. An additional cardiac catheterization lab is planned to start construction in 2025.
Led by a team of boardcertified cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and highly skilled nurses, the Center provides a comprehensive, patientfocused experience. Whether through routine screenings or emergency care, the Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular Center ensures that every patient receives the highest level of expertise and compassion.
Henry Mayo, a not-for-profit hospital serving Santa Clarita since 1975, is guided by a volunteer board of community leaders. Sadie and Lance Williams’ passion for homebuilding began for each of them well before they even met. Sadie was drawing home elevations at the age of seven and Lance knew the career path he was destined for and picked a college major to get him there. As fate would have it, the two ended up working for the same company, in the same building in Santa Monica, and so began their journey together. They married in November of 1994 and started a family soon thereafter. Molly was their first-born followed by Benjamin two years later. In 2006 the family welcomed two more adored children named Lucas and Sophia.
Lance and Sadie Williams have been warmly welcoming families and fostering enduring communities across the West since 1996. CSquared Design + Build thrives as a collaboration between two creatives, interior designer Carolina Chavez and master craftsman Cesar Chavez. Married for over 20 years, together their passion is creating thoughtful, inspired spaces. Their specialization lies in custom kitchens, baths and interiors. Against the industry standard, C Squared Design + Build believes in taking on only one client at a time in order to provide them with undivided attention and concierge level service.
Cesar and Carolina pride themselves in combining technical expertise with imagination to handcraft timeless as well as functional designs. Cesar, a Newhall native, got his start in the construction world as a mason and later a union drywaller. Although nothing sparked his interest more than finish carpentry. So he made the decision to leave the union industry to pursue his dream. A self taught craftsman, Cesar honed his skills by taking on DIY renovations allowing him to perfect his process and evolve into a custom cabinet maker. Carolina, a California native, worked as a hairdresser for 10 years before deciding to go back to school to embark on a career in design. After earning a degree in Architecture from College of the Canyons, she went on to graduate valedictorian of her Interior Design program. Shortly after, Cesar and Carolina founded their company, C Squared Design + Build and never looked back. Together their work has been recognized in global competition, having placed as finalists in the prestigious Sub-Zero Wolf and Cove Kitchen Design Contest; and in publication with their latest Newhall Tudor Revival project featured in Architectural Digest and Rue Magazine. They continue to challenge themselves and collectively hone their respective crafts being led by creativity, passion and their love for all things design and build.

Richard and Marian Sandnes have built a love that has extended over 6 decades. They have been a member of the Santa Clarita Valley for more than half of that time and have created a true family oasis in Sand Canyon. Their strong family foundation is revealed throughout the home where the entire family; 4 children, 5 grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren, come to gather.
The home was designed as a perfect retreat for large family gatherings as well as entertainment for friends. Many celebrations and memories have been created over the years. For many of those years Jeanna Crawford has been a part of the Sandnes Christmas tradition by transforming various rooms in the house into a winter wonderland.
Designer Jeanna has really outdone herself this year, making this beautiful home a breath of “Western Christmas” living at its best! Each tree reflects the family’s true love for horses and western history. The Family room is the heart of the home, designed for large family gatherings and adorned with two beautiful Christmas trees to enjoy while opening presents on Christmas Day.

nastajah Razatos is an interfaith chaplain and meditation teacher whose passion for design transcends traditional boundaries. Over the years, she has cultivated her unique aesthetic by personally renovating her own home and several other properties, transforming each space into a sanctuary of warmth and inspiration.
Anastajah’s nurturing spirit extends beyond the physical realm; she also leads meditation classes and monthly women’s groups, creating safe spaces for individuals to explore personal growth and self-expression. Her approach to design is rooted in the belief that a well-crafted environment can enhance well-being, making her spaces not just visually appealing, but also deeply enriching.
Anastajah Razatos has transformed five unique properties in Iowa, including the Ladora Bistro, one of only 14 jewel box banks in the United States and a proud member of the Historic Building Registry into a women-owned and operated establishment that now acts as an events venue, meditation center, and even a speakeasy. She has also revitalized a former American Legion into a charming Airbnb and is currently restoring a 60-foot ballroom to create a flexible space for weddings, art gallery openings, and charity galas. All of her brick-and-mortar establishments will function as both an events venue and a hub for virtual workshops.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the interplay between space and spirit, Anastajah infuses her environments with thoughtful design elements that reflect both beauty and functionality. Her home serves as a canvas for her creativity, where she hosts monthly salons, movie nights, dinner parties, and art classes that foster community and connection.
Anastajah chose “Welcome to Tinseltown” as the theme for their holiday house tour to celebrate the profound magic of storytelling that connects us all. From the heart to the dinner table, our shared narratives create a sense of community and belonging, allowing us to entertain one another and cherish the tales that shape our lives. Through “Welcome to Tinseltown,” Anastajah hopes to inspire others to embrace the stories that unite us, making this holiday season truly unforgettable.
