Our manufacturing facility is located in Gresik-East Java, over an area of 100.00 Sq.M. It has excellent infrastructure facilities for uninterrupted production.

Products used in chemical industries can be hazardous, but our bulk bags come in a variety of options for carrying hazardous materials. Our FIBC have been rigorously tested at our in-house & outside laboratories, and we maintain regular employee training classes, and detailed traceability programs according to the most stringent standards.
Our company also has a Food Grade manufactured FIBC and clean room facilities to meet the needs of all Food manufacturers segments, such as Milk Powder, Chocolate Powder, baby food, and etc.
The raw material and components used in the manufacturing of our food grade bulk bags are safe to be used in food-contact applications and are produced with virgin PP, PE, UVI. They are not produced with any known chemicals.

Popularly known as jumbo bags, are designed for a wide range of storage and carrying purposes. Generally, the capacity of these jumbo bags ranges between 500 Kgs to 2000 Kgs. Collapsible containers usually made from polypropylene woven fabrics used to transport and storage non-liquid bulk solids. These bags are used in a wide variety of industries ranging fom petrochemical, cement, mining, agriculture products, etc.
Bale Covers provide protection against dirt and moisture. Ideal for keeping contents clean during storage, transport and shipping. They are manufactured with heavy duty woven polypropylene.

Medium to high tenancity polypropylene yarn on a wide deniers and colours are produced and marketed under the trade name “Multilon” and “Neolin”. Multi filament yarn is used as industrial sewing thread and for various type of webbing products.

At PT. Wiharta Karya Agung or known as “wicon®” brand, we are able to meet your special needs in four specific types of FIBC bags universally labeled as Type A, B, C or D, which differ on their electrostatic properties and grounding requirements.
Type A FIBC / Bulk Bag (no electrostatic protection).
Type A big bags are made from plain-woven polypropylene and other non-conductive fabrics, there is no static protection provided by Type A FIBCs.
Type A big bags can be used to safely transport non-flammable products There should not be any flammable solvents or gases present around a Type A big bags.
Type B FIBC / Bulk Bag

This big bags are made from plain-woven polypropylene fabrics or other non-conductive material but have a low breakdown voltage material to prevent an incident where highly energetic, and dangerous propagating brush discharges occur.
This bags can be used to safely transport dry, flammable powders but not completely anti-static. There should not be any flammable solvents or gases present around the bulk bag.
Type D bags are made from antistatic and static dissipative fabrics and manufactured with fabric containing quasi-conductive yarns. Similar to Type C bags, Type D anti-static FIBC bulk containers are resistant to brush discharges and sparks. The key advantage of this bags is they don’t need to be grounded during filling and unloading. This can speed up workflows considerably and keep personnel safe.
This kind of bag can be used to transport flammable powder products in environments where solvents and combustible gasses are present.
Type C FIBCs are made from fabrics with conductive fibers at certain intervals on the bag. This big bag only electrically conductive while grounded, need extra measures during filing and unloading to prevent powerful sparks discharges.
This kind of big bag can be used to transport flammable powder products. And safe when flammable gasses, vapors, and dust are present in the environment

4-Panel bags are constructed with five main body components: 4 side panels + base. 4-Panel bags are ideal for stacking since they tend to maintain their shape better than other types of bags. These bags are designed with a single piece of fabric, turning it into a tube-like, cylindrical shape, while it’s sewn at the top & bottom with flat panels. This bag is a common shape of FIBC used primarily in the packaging of solid dry bulk products. Suitable for transporting and storing foodstuffs, grain, beans, cement, minerals, sugar, clay, fertilizers, dyes, salt, seed, flour, resins, nuts, rice, detergents, plastics, pharmaceuticals, refractory products.

Our manufacturing facilities is based in Gresik, East Java. We have established a vertically-integrated production systems to provide products and solustions for packaging in a wide range of industries. We manage all aspects of products from development; such as weaving, coating, printing & sewing, to delivery process.

At every step of manufacturing process, we ensure high levels of discipline and quality standards.
To meets all relevant industry and/or regulatory requirements, our state-of-the-art, in-house laboratories equipped with the Test Rig Machine to ensure the safe working load (SWL) of FIBC as per ISO standard. Also we has a complete traceability system in every each of products to track down the root cause of deviation, should they happen to occur. All bags carry a unique code number to identifying the root cause of the problem.
To comply all the standard FIBC requirements. We do:
Cyclic Top lift test requires the filled bag to be hanged from its lift loops on a test rig devices as weight is added from the top. The bulk bag must maintain a total load of 6x SWL for 5 minutes.
The bulk bag is dropped from specified heights based on the testing requirements of the Packing Group.The bulk bag cannot burst or allow product to escape at each bag height.
The FIBC is placed on a platform filled at maximum SWL capacity. The platform is raised and forced to topple over from a specific height. The bulk bag cannot burst or leak.

The FIBC is filled to maximum SWL capacity and cut by a knife. The cut must be at least 100 mm long at a 45-degree angle. The tear cannot expand in size more than 25% when a load equal to 2x the SWL is applied for five minutes.
Righting Test
The FIBC is filled to maximum SWL capacity and knocked onto its side, then righted into proper position by only 2 lift loops. The bag and loops should not show any sign of damage once righted.
UN Certified FIBCs are designed specifically to meet the requirements set forth by the United Nations for transporting and storing hazardous materials. Our UN bags are certified by International Materials Testing Institute to make sure that each of our FIBC bag is safe, functional, and up to rigorous international standards.

Nowadays, waste management is one of the most important issues in modern society. Without efficient waste management, the planet is in danger by the amount that is generated day after day. For this reason, we continuously reduce the environmental impact of our operations by B3 waste control. The effectiveness of measuring protection from potential contaminants is reviewed periodically each month through an audit.
Ensuring that the supply of water for sanitation and hygiene are meet the applicable standards and regulations. And drainage is constructed with sufficient capacity to prevent sewage from flowing from the contaminated area to the clean area.
Our products are generally made from virgin polypropylene, which is a common plastic that can be reprocessed into other plastic products. PP material can be processed again and again. As well as our products can help customer to reduce the company’s environmental footprint by reducing wastage and transportation costs by reusing the bag.
