We have established a vertically-integrated production systems to provide products and solustions for packaging in a wide range of industries. We manage all aspects of products from development; such as weaving, coating, printing & sewing, to delivery process.

To meets all relevant industry and/or regulatory requirements, our state-of-the-art, in-house laboratories equipped with the Test Rig Machine to ensure the safe working load (SWL) of FIBC as per ISO standard. Also we has a complete traceability system in every each of products to track down the root cause of deviation, should they happen to occur. All bags carry a unique code number to identifying the root cause of the problem.
To comply all the standard FIBC requirements. We do:
Cyclic Test
Cyclic Top lift test requires the filled bag to be hanged from its lift loops on a test rig devices as weight is added from the top. The bulk bag must maintain a total load of 6x SWL for 5 minutes.
Drop Test
The bulk bag is dropped from specified heights based on the testing requirements of the Packing Group.The bulk bag cannot burst or allow product to escape at each bag height.
Topple Test
The FIBC is placed on a platform filled at maximum SWL capacity. The platform is raised and forced to topple over from a specific height. The bulk bag cannot burst or leak.

Tear Test
The FIBC is filled to maximum SWL capacity and cut by a knife. The cut must be at least 100 mm long at a 45-degree angle. The tear cannot expand in size more than 25% when a load equal to 2x the SWL is applied for five minutes.

Righting Test
The FIBC is filled to maximum SWL capacity and knocked onto its side, then righted into proper position by only 2 lift loops. The bag and loops should not show any sign of damage once righted.
UN Certified FIBCs are designed specifically to meet the requirements set forth by the United Nations for transporting and storing hazardous materials. Our UN bags are certified by International Materials Testing Institute to make sure that each of our FIBC bag is safe, functional, and up to rigorous international standards.

Nowadays, waste management is one of the most important issues in modern society. Without efficient waste management, the planet is in danger by the amount that is generated day after day. For this reason, we continuously reduce the environmental impact of our operations by B3 waste control. The effectiveness of measuring protection from potential contaminants is reviewed periodically each month through an audit.

RECYCLE & REUSABLE
Ensuring that the supply of water for sanitation and hygiene are meet the applicable standards and regulations. And drainage is constructed with sufficient capacity to prevent sewage from flowing from the contaminated area to the clean area.
Our products are generally made from virgin polypropylene, which is a common plastic that can be reprocessed into other plastic products. PP material can be processed again and again. As well as our products can help customer to reduce the company’s environmental footprint by reducing wastage and transportation costs by reusing the bag. We maintained essential steps to protect our environment by ensuring the 3 R's (recycle, reuse, reduce) at all stages.
