The Christian community in Iran is in dire need of biblical resources, spiritual guidance, and prayer. Despite the growing Christian movement in Iran, it has received little attention from the Western world, with minimal media coverage and limited mission resources dedicated to reaching this vital nation.
Heart4Iran (H4I) has been dedicated to reaching out to this spiritually hungry population since its establishment in 2006.
H4I uses platforms such as social media, mobile technology, satellite TV, underground church planting, and the Trauma Ministry Call Center.
Heart4Iran strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Iranians. H4I strives to bring the cause of Iranian Christians, and the hope of their struggle to the mainstream media and the forefront of Christian philanthropy.
This booklet is devoted to the courageous men and women of Iran who have traded disillusionment for eternal life in Jesus Christ! As you read through these testimonies, may your heart be inspired to believe in God for revival in Iran that will reach every city, village, and people group.
Iran is a beautiful country filled with beautiful people, and we count it a privilege to play a small part in God’s big plan for Iran! Remembering the promise found in Psalms 29:11, “The Lord gives strength to his people! The Lord blesses his people with peace.”

From his mobile phone in prison, Hossein watched Mohabat TV. One day, he called our 24/7 call center because he wanted to become a Christian. He carried so much shame from the crimes he committed and desperately wanted forgiveness. For his crimes, he was sentenced to death; however, he believed that Jesus was a loving Father and He would forgive his past. Our prayer agents prayed with him and were able to get him a digital Bible to study. Almost two years later, we spoke with him and learned that he was continuing to grow in his faith and he wound up being released from prison!
Hossein, a man sentenced to death, found HOPE in the Gospel that was being preached through Mohabat TV! Our 24/7 call center was ready for his call and the prayer agents were ready to lead him in the prayer of Salvation. He surrendered himself to Jesus and repented of the crimes that sentenced him to death. Through your support, we were able to get him a digital Bible that helped him grow in his faith which eventually led to him being released from prison! God is faithful to those who repent and turn from their sin.

After suffering 18 years with Eczema and painful boils, Ali, who had always believed in Jesus as a Prophet was watching Mohabat TV; feeling compelled by what he saw, he asked Jesus to heal him and relieve him of the intense pain he was experiencing. The next day, he noticed the boils on his skin had completely disappeared! Overjoyed by the healing he experienced, he connected with our 24/7 call center and gave his heart to Jesus!
After eighteen years of chronic pain, full of despair and without hope, Ali stumbles across Mohabat TV and hears about Jesus, the healer! Only knowing Jesus to be a Prophet, he asks to be healed, and Jesus heals him! Through the healing came Ali’s salvation. Glory to God for his great mercy and compassion. Zarghooneh and her husband had been married for 15 years and believed strongly that Islam was the best and most complete religion. She reached out to our call center and argued back and forth that the Quran was better than the Bible, after little progress, our prayer agents simply prayed for her and sent her the Bible so she could read it for herself. After a few days, she called us back and said, “I’ve prayed to Allah all these years but have never gotten a response, so, I’m going to try Jesus!” She had an important deal at work so she prayed that God would bless it and he did. She shared this news with her husband, who, that night, had a dream of a shiny cross coming towards him and entering his body. He remembers waking up with so much peace and joy. After this vision, they called us and prayed to accept Jesus as their Savior!
Many Muslims are growing tired of never hearing from Allah, they desperately want a relationship with the living God who talks to them and helps them in their time of need. Mr. Teymour, a 30-year drug addict, addicted to prostitution and with no job, grew hopeless with the life he was living and the damage it was causing to his family so, he joined NAa program for addicts. It was through NA that he first heard about God and his love, but he still struggled with his addictions until one day he stumbled across Mohabat TV and heard a testimony about a drug addict who was set free and saved by Jesus! Mr. Teymour desperately wanted this freedom so he called our 24/7 call center and gave his life to Christ. Now, his family, seeing the transformation and change in him have joined him in preaching the Gospel!
God is faithful to help us where we are and pull us up and out of the pits we find ourselves in! Just as he was able to reach Teymour, he can reach those in Iran who are struggling and want to quit. One evening, Reza tuned into our ‘House Church’ program on Mohabat TV, he was overwhelmed by life’s pressures, and consumed by hopelessness and depression, Ali found himself contemplating suicide. So, he reached out to our call center to ask if suicide was a sin, our prayer agents took this opportunity to speak to Reza about the hope we find in Christ, and the gift of salvation. Moved by the conversation, Reza decided to embrace Jesus as his Lord and Savior and has since received a Bible. Reza is now sharing his newfound joy and hope with his friends, testifying to the power of Jesus to overcome hopelessness and despair.
Hopelessness and despair can lead people to thoughts of suicide because they don’t perceive a way out of the anguish they’re facing every day. Thank God for Mohabat TV and our 24/7 call center that is sharing the HOPE of the Gospel and leading people away from thoughts of suicide and into freedom! A man living in Tehran shared with us that he had been a Satanist for 14 years! After listening to our teachings about Jesus, he decided to give God a chance! He told one of our team members, “I now believe in Jesus and feel very happy and blessed to be a part of this community.” He is now sharing the Gospel with other people.
A Satanist hears the life-giving teachings of Jesus and his life is never the same! The living Words of Christ can transform a life and lead a person to Salvation. May we never forget the power found in Scripture, it has enough power to set the demon-possessed FREE. In Iran, freedom of religion is restricted, so, we have to rely on God’s wisdom to lead us. God has proven himself faithful by showing us how to use online platforms to reach them in their homes through their mobile phones and our 24/7 satellite broadcast, Mohabat TV. Iranians are good people who are hungry for truth! “Ayla, a young girl from Iran, called us and said that she had severe depression and suicidal thoughts. One night, she had a dream about Jesus and he said to her, ‘I have chosen you so you must free yourself of this self-harm.’ Ayla woke up confused because she had never heard of Jesus, she went online for a few hours and researched his name. It was then that she came across our website and called to ask more questions. After a long conversation, we prayed with her and she immediately felt the release of the evil thoughts she had been having. Ayla gave her life to Jesus and continues to call us to be counseled and led in prayer! She said, ‘I am healed and Jesus is my joy now!’”
Jesus came, in a dream, to a young girl crippled with depression and thoughts of suicide. He met her and led her to our website where we were able to answer her questions and pray with her. Not only did she accept Jesus as her Savior, she was healed of depression and suicidal thoughts! Shirin grew up in a very dedicated Muslim family. She desired to fill her emptiness with religious rituals, but it was futile. She experienced extreme loneliness after losing her husband, she lost her desire to live. All her human efforts were in vain, and she was bound with a spirit of fear. Till one day, she had a dream of Jesus where He manifested Himself to her! She began watching Mohabat TV and decided to follow Jesus. Her heart was filled with joy, and she was encouraged to study the Word of God. She wanted to remarry, so we prayed for her, and she met a man who was involved with witchcraft to make money, but he repented and gave his heart to Jesus. Now this blessed couple is sharing the Gospel among those who are bound by the spirit of fear and witchcraft. Hallelujah!
God is love and that is what we want to share with Iranians!
