Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau Capital Fundraising Campaign

Healdsburg Chamber to Launch Capital Fundraising Campaign This spring, the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau will launch a capital fundraising campaign to build out our new office in h2hotel. The 1,000 square foot space, generously donated by h2hotel owners, will house 4 staff offices and a board room large enough to hold various Chamber of Commerce Committee meetings. The new signs are expected to greatly increase visitor center traffic by the summer months. “This is a very exciting time for the Chamber. With the expanded generosity of added space we will be able to serve our members more efficiently and accomplish the core goals of the Chamber: to provide networking and business resources, promote the community, create a strong local economy, political action, and represent the interests of business with government” says Mo McElroy the new Chamber president/CEO. TUESDAYS IN THE PLAZA 2011 CALL FOR SPONSORS The City of Healdsburg Parks and Recreation Department is currently planning the annual Tuesdays in the Plaza Concerts for the summer of 2011. We invite your business, organization or community group to sponsor a Concert and help the City continue to offer free summer concerts for our community. The Tuesday Concerts provide an opportunity for residents to come together mid-week and enjoy a wide variety of outstanding music. The 2011 Concerts are Tuesday evenings, May 31st to August 30th, 6:00 – 8:00 pm.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES “PREMIER SERIES SPONSOR” ($5,000 value): Event “Premier Series Sponsor” receives: 1. Name and title of series shared with Healdsburg Parks and Recreation. 2. Premier placement of company logo on all promotional literature. 3. Company banner(s) displayed at all concerts alongside the Gazebo. 4. Announcement of company name over the PA system at all concerts. 5. Premier booth placement at all concerts to display products or give away items. (Canopy and 6ft table provided) “CONCERT SPONSOR” ($500 value): Event “Concert Sponsor” receives: 1. Company name listed on concert flyers and posters 2. Company banner displayed on the day of the concert alongside the Gazebo. 3. Announcement of company name over the PA system on the evening of the concert. 4. Accessible booth placement next to the sidewalk on the evening of the concert to display products or give away items. (Canopy and 6ft table provided) 5. Company name listed as Concert Sponsor in Healdsburg Tribune ad. If you are interested in sponsoring a Tuesdays in the Plaza Concert, please complete the attached Application Form and submit to the Healdsburg Parks and Recreation Department’s Facilities and Events Office.


Healdsburg Chamber Member to Member Discount All Chamber members are eligible for a 20% discount with a minimum of three months storage. Do you have a Boat, RV, Horse Trailer, Utility Trailer or any other vehicle you want to store. We are the only covered storage facility in the area that will protect your recreational vehicle from the rain and the heat of the sun. Covering 11 acres; We are conveniently located on Healdsburg Avenue directly off the Highway 101 exit ramp. We have Uhaul Rentals, Moving Supplies, Propane, Potable Water and an RV Waste Dump Station. Each unit has its own sprinkler system plus gate access 365 days per year from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Stop by our office Monday through Saturday from 9-6 for more information. May 7, 2011 we are hosting a BBQ fundraiser for the Healdsburg Animal Shelter. This is a family event on a Sunday afternoon. There will be pet adoptions, food, wine, local artists, raffles, silent auction, agility demo, animal therapy trainers and live music. Please contact us for further details. Advanced ticket prices are $25 adults and $10 kids.
