Tracy City Council The council meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall on Morgan St. Meetings are televised on Charter Channel 180 and Vast Channel 17/300. Meetings are also replayed at later dates and are available on demand at the City’s YouTube channel. Boards and Commissions Library Board: 7 members, 3-year terms. Meets 1st Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Tracy Public Library Planning Commission: 7 members, 4-year terms. Meets 1st Monday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Council Chambers Civil Service Commission: 3 members, 3-year terms. Meets as required Airport Board: 3 members, unlimited terms. Meets as required Charter Commission: 9 members, 4-year terms. Meets as required EDA Board: 5 members, 5-year terms. Meets 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 6:45 a.m. at the Council Chambers
