STICK FIGHTING HANDLING EXERCISE (Forward, Backwards)

- Forward: Arco and hit sticks against each other than Arco the other stick and so on

- Backward: Arco and hit sticks against each other than Arco the other stick and so on

STICK FIGHTIG DRILLS WITH PARTNER (also possible against a tree)

- 1st Drill: Twisting Branches, later Shorter

- 2nd Drill: Head Knee

- 3rd Drill: Head Knee Head

- 4rd Drill: Head Rib Head

- 5th Drill: Heaven (sticks above your head and hit one by one)

DRILL FLOW EXERCISE WITH PARTNER (also possible against a tree)

- Combine all 5 Drills Together and work in a flowing motion

CHOKES (4 different ways’ as concepts, there are no limits to possibilities)

- 1st Choke with Stick

- 2nd Choke with Stick

- 3rd Choke with Stick

- 4th Choke with Stick

THROWING THE STICKS (Practice the Throws with Single and Double Stick)

- Forward Normal Throw Vertical ( Stick spins in a vertical line forward )

- Backhand Throw ( Stick spins is a horizontal line forward )

- Forehand Throw ( Stick spins in a horizontal line forward )

- Reversed Grip Throw ( Stick spins in vertical line forward )

* Never throw your weapon away, but in some cases it is useful

STICK BLOCKS (inside and outside, up and down all directions, all ways)

- Roof Blocks Single & Double Sticks

- Upper Blocks Single & Double Sticks

- Side Blocks Single & Double Sticks

STICK FIGHT TECHNIQUES (Techniques are Concepts, idea’s endless way’s)

Stickfighter Attacker

- 1st Double Sticks vs Double Sticks

- 2nd Single Stick vs Double Sticks

- 3rd Single Stick vs Single Stick

- 4th Double Sticks vs Knife

- 5th Single Stick vs Knife

- 6th Double Sticks vs Gun

- 7th Single Stick vs Gun

- 8th Double Sticks vs Long Weapons like a Staff

- 9th Single Stick vs Long Weapons like a Staff

- 10th Single & Double Sticks vs a Punch, a Kick, a Grab and on the Ground

STICK FIGHT SHADOW FIGHTING (Like Shadow Boxing in Kickboxing)

Use the stances and move like you fight against an imaginary opponent. Use the skills you learned with the sticks, strikes, blocks, but also kicks, punches, grabs and holds where possible. Move all directions and in different rounds for example 3 minutes.

STICK FIGHT PAD TRAINING ( one holding the pads other has a single or double sticks)

One is the pad handler and the other person is the Stick Fighter. The stick fighter has to follow the pads of the pad handler and strike the pads on commando. This can be done with single and double sticks also integrate normal kicks and punches where possible. In rounds with time limits like 3 minutes for example.

SELFDEFENSE FIGHTING SPARRING EXERCISES (single and double sticks)

Selfdefense Circle (1 in middle people around in circle who attack)

Blocking Exercise (1 attacker who attacks freely, other is only allowed to block)

All Elements ( attack against a Punching Bag but also use regular blocks, punches and kicks, holds and grabs, also possible against a person, also sitting and laying to learn how to use sticks in different situations)

Free Fighting, Sparring ( Standing up with the right protection gear and Foam sticks, but also sitting and fighting on the ground )
