Section 1 ´forward direction´ Double Nunchaku 風の形
1. Hold the nunchakus on both sides of your body. Make a bow and step out with your left leg to the left side.
2. Bring (punch upward) the nunchaku’s in a cross above the head, left arm in front (keep both sticks together in each hand). Stretch arms to both sides and make a `kiai` scream, which can be defined as a concentrated expression of internal energy
3. Throw one stick loose on both sides and start the double spin backward, up onto the shoulders, two spins forward and bring the loose sticks under the armpits, use your hip movements slightly while doing this.
4. Step in with the right leg and make a forward strike with the right nunchaku and bring the nunchaku stick under the armpit
5. Step in with the left leg and make a forward strike with the left nunchaku and bring the nunchaku stick under the armpit
6. Step in with the right leg and make a double simultaneous forward strike with both nunchakus and spin backward onto the shoulders.
7. Step in with the left leg and make a simultaneous figure 8 strike forward with both nunchakus. The left arm over the right arm and a double spin backward to bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders
8. Step in with the right leg and make a simultaneous figure 8 strike forward with both nunchakus. The right arm over the left arm and a double spin backward to bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders.
9. Make a double strike forward and put both nunchakus under the armpits. Step your left leg on one line with the right into the stance: Kiba Dachi, Mabu

Section 2 ´direction to the right´ Double Nunchaku 風の形
10. Block to the right side (keep one nunchaku stick under the armpit, one in hand) together with a small step: right leg step to the right side and turn your torso slightly.
11. Step in with the right leg (step and slide) and make a forward strike with the right nunchaku and bring the nunchaku stick under the armpit
12. Step in with the left leg and make a forward strike with the left nunchaku and bring the nunchaku stick under the armpit
13. Step in with the right leg: spin two times backward, then put both nunchakus onto the shoulders, than spin two times forward and bring the nunchaku sticks under the armpits.
14. Hold the nunchaku sticks tight under the armpits and make reversed grips on both sides, change the grips on the sticks you hold.
15. Step in with the left leg: strike and body wrap double nunchakus to the inside, then strike and body wrap to the outside. (horizontally)
16. Step in with the right leg: body wrap to strike with a double horizontal spin inward, then strike with double spin wrap outward and bring the nunchakus to the sides. (horizontally)
17. Make two spins backward and bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, then a double forward strike with both nunchakus. Then put the loose sticks under the armpits and change to normal grip.
18. Make a double strike forward and step in with the left leg, than two spins backward, than bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders and step your right leg forward on one line with the left into the stance: Kiba Dachi, Mabu.
Section 3 ´direction to the left´ Double Nunchaku 風の形
19. Block with the left nunchaku to the outside simultaneously with a small step with the left leg to the back and turn the torso slightly.
20. Double nunchaku wrapping horizontally around the hips four times with walking forward steps: right leg, left leg, right leg, left leg.
21. Two spins backward, bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, double strike to two spins forward and bring the nunchakus under the armpits
22. Make reversed grips on both sides, wrap inward, strike to the outside and step in with the right leg, then bring the nunchakus behind the lower back and change the nunchakus into the other hands (changing happens behind the back).
23. Double strike up with two spins backward, then bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, then double strikes forward with a little slide step with the right leg and bring the nunchakus under the armpits. The right leg in front, change the grips to normal grip.
24. Make double strike from high to low with a long left step, so bring your left leg forward and go low in a forward deep stance: Zenkutsu Dachi, Gong Bu.

29. A step with the left leg to a half turn to the left shoulder direction: do a Spinning Back strike with a Whirlwind Spin, then put the nunchaku stick under the left armpit and at the same time step in with the left leg. Make a left slide step and make a forward strike, bring the nunchaku stick under the left armpit.
30. Step with the right leg in front and strike up by making two spins backward, bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, then make double strikes forward and under the armpits.
31. Hold the nunchaku sticks tight under the armpits, change the left grip to reversed grip and make a double inward horizontal body wrap while stepping in with the left leg. Make two spins backward and bring the nunchakus up onto the shoulders Then do a double forward strike and bring the nunchakus under the armpits.
32. Change left grip to normal, make a double forward strike while stepping in with the right leg forward, then two backward spins, up onto the shoulders and forward strikes together, bring both nunchakus under the armpits.
33. Hold the nunchaku sticks tight under the armpits, change the right grip to reversed grip and make a double inward horizontal body wrap while stepping in with the left leg, make two spins backward, then bring both nunchakus to the shoulders. Then make a double forward strike and bring the nunchakus under the armpits. The left leg is in front here.
34. Change the right side to normal grip, then step in with the right leg in front and make a cross thrust block downward, the right nunchaku over the left with a kiai.
35. Make a double Kamikaze Spin backward for four to five seconds with the right leg in front, make three slide steps backwards while doing the Kamikaze Spin. Then make two spins backward and bring the nunchakus up onto the shoulders.
36. Make a Kamikaze Spin forward for four to five seconds, the right leg stays in front, make three slide steps forwards while doing the Kamikaze Spin. Bring the nunchakus wide out and make two spins backward, then bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, then double forward strike while stepping in with the left leg Then bring the sticks under the armpits. Step in with the right leg in one line with the left into the stance: Kiba Dachi, Mabu.
Section 5 ´forward direction´ Double Nunchaku 風の形
37. Cross the nunchakus to both sides, make a step with the left leg back and turn around to your left side (left shoulder) and double strike to the sides, head height.
38. Two spins backward, bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, two spins forward and bring the nunchakus under the armpits.
39. Hold the left nunchaku tight under the armpit, step in with the right leg. Bring the right nunchaku from under to up behind the left armpit in order to grab with the left hand from the top (hold the nunchaku as low as possible, make a wide swing, high to low). Grab the tightened nunchaku with the right hand and do body wrapping from side to side with two nunchakus while walking in with the left leg and the right leg.
40. Make two spins backward, bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, then two spins forward to strike and bring the nunchaku sticks under both armpits.
41. Hold the right nunchaku tight under the armpit, step in with the left leg Bring the left nunchaku from under to up behind the right armpit in order to grab with the right hand from the top. (hold the nunchaku as low as possible, make a wide swing, high to low). Grab the tightened nunchaku with the left hand and do body wrapping from side to side with two nunchakus while walking in with the right leg and the left leg
42. Make two spins backward, bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders, step the right leg on one line with left, then two body belly wraps, first with the right nunchaku, then with the left nunchaku Then spin both nunchakus backward, onto the shoulders, body wrap leg to arm with the right nunchaku and then with the left nunchaku. Make two spins backward, bring the nunchakus onto the shoulders. Follow with double downward leg wraps simultaneous and bring both nunchakus onto the shoulders
43. Step in with the right leg, then do two figure 8 spins together from the inside to the outside. Step in with left leg, strike to the sides from under to side simultaneously to the left and right, make a wrist switch with both nunchakus to reversed grip
44. Do two figure 8 spins with reversed grip: step in with the right leg, than first the right arm over the left arm spin, than step in with the left leg and do the left arm over the right arm spin. Then do a grip change in motion. Use the movement to change to normal grip.
45. Make two spins up onto the shoulders, two spins forward, then under the armpits Strike with right and step in with the right leg. Strike with left and step in with the left leg, make a double forward strike and step in with the right leg , make two backward spins, onto the shoulders, under the armpits. Step in with the left leg on one line with the right into the stance: Kiba Dachi. Drop the nunchakus loose sticks in both hands at hip level. Cross them with power for your ´hara´, the right arm in front with a kiai. Step your left leg next to the right and bow.
