Fairplay Golf & Spa, sede de una de las pruebas regulares del calendario en los últimos tres cursos, acogió en su fantástico resort el estreno por todo lo alto del X Circuito. Una prueba con mucho golf, muchas novedades y mejor ambiente. Una antesala perfecta para las próximas citas en Almenara Golf [10 de junio], La Reserva Club Sotogrande [8 de julio] y Zagaleta New Course [19 de agosto].

Los jugadores disfrutaron de un trazado en espectaculares condiciones, en un paraje privilegiado como es el que goza el complejo hotelero de Benalup. Fairplay Golf & Spa, the venue of one of the regular events of the calendar over the last three years, hosted the first event in great style of the X Circuit. An event with lots of golf, lots of new additions and the best atmosphere. The perfect prelude for the upcoming events at Almenara Golf [10 June], La Reserva Club Sotogrande [8 July] and Zagaleta New Course [19 August].

The players enjoyed a course in spectacular condition, in a privileged location like that enjoyed by the hotel resort of Benalup. With attention and care to detail by the local staff and organisers, the golfers took on a top-quality day from the outset, with a first-class welcome with a fantastic ‘Welcome Pack’ from El Corte Ingles Supermarkets in Sotogrande (a welcome that will be present at all the tournaments of the season).

En el apartado deportivo, los ganadores de la jornada fueron: William Pennington(Drivemáslargocaballeros), Celia Nebot (drive de Damas) y la Bola más cercana fue para Antonio Cidoncha. La victoria en Damas fue para Frederique Adnot; seguida de Marisa Artes y Ana Vega. En segunda categoría caballeros, el triunfo fue para Francisco del Río, seguido de Brent Clarke y Joseph Trubshaw; mientras que en primera categoría caballeros la victoria fue para Dayron Ruiz, seguido de Alfonso Morales y Brian McWhinnie.

In terms of the sport, the winners on the day were: William Pennington (Men’s longest drive), Celia Nebot (Womens’ longest drive) and the Closest ball went to Antonio Cidoncha. The Womens’ victory went to Frederique Adnot; followed by MarisaArtes andAnaVega. In the men’s second category, victory went to Francisco del Río, followed by Brent Clarke and Joseph Trubshaw; while in the men’s first category, the victorywent to Dayron Ruiz, followed by Alfonso Morales and Brian McWhinnie.
