Volume Manufacturing
Our manufacturing teams meticulously craft joinery and metal items in volume to meet the region's retail and hospitality expansions. Each interior element is produced with precision and quality to ensure consistency in large-scale deliveries to retail outlets and luxury hotels worldwide.
Fire Doors
We manufacture fire doors with 30, 60 and 90 minutes of fire resistance. Our product's fire ratings are based on British standard, certified by international consultants, and approved by Civil Defence before use. We are authorised to use the Halspan® trademark for the core material.
This technology provides an innovative and exciting way to customise walls and artwork, offering a unique way of creating high-quality prints directly onto any surface. Reduce long-lead times on customised artwork, and ensure an all-in-one solution when you trust us with your project.

With the support of a large range of modern machinery and highly experienced staff, we offer all woodworking methods, including:

• These are directly linked to our setting-out department for ease of information transfer.
• Mouldings and profiles
• With our in-house profile grinders, spindles, moulders and lathes, we can work to your specified profiles.
• Veneer preparation: we cut, stitch and bond in-house.

2024 Performance Summary
Our Environmental Impact
In 2024, our initiatives achieved significant progress, with solar power generation increasing to 62,785 kWh and chemical waste generation decreasing to 2,331 KG. We recycled 13,230 KG of paper and 442 CBM of skip waste, contributing to a notable reduction in waste sent for disposal compared to previous years.

Procurement
Our primary supply item—FSC certified wood makes up 55% of our total volume. We organised an additional FSC Standards Awareness training, engaging 29 participants in strengthening their understanding of sustainable practices. We also continue to purchase recycled products for packaging.
Our People
We received the ‘First Mover in Championing Mental Health Care Award’ by Trijog, for our firm commitment to employee wellness. A total of 734 employees participated in the training and development programme. 90% scoring for our culture survey highlights a strong alignment with our values and a positive workplace environment.
Being Part of a Community
We maintained our collaboration with Surge for Water, reaffirming our commitment to ensuring universal access to clean and safe drinking water for the community. In a meaningful contribution, our Company donated eight pallets of fabrics and leathers to Bahrain's Ministry of Culture, supporting local handicrafts and the initiatives of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities.
Health, Safety & Environment
Achieved ISO 45001:2018 certification, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety in the workplace. We achieved one million safe man-hours in KSA with zero LostTime Injuries (LTI). Our fit-out divisions recorded 3.6 million safe man-hours, supported by trainings, health screenings, and robust safety initiatives.
Technology
We successfully completed the ISO 27001 surveillance audit, with no non-conformities or concerns identified. This reaffirms our compliance and commitment to maintaining robust information security management standards. Our IT department triumphed at CIO Connect, winning three awards: IT Manager of the Year, Cybersecurity Excellence, and Sustainability Excellence (IT & Technology).

Syed Kashif Akhtar is a seasoned corporate leader with more 25 years of professional experience in developing and managing businesses throughout the Gulf region. Kashif provides strategic leadership and direction to the business heads of the six different divisions and all corporate functions in order to manage, develop and expand each division and market successfully.
Kashif is both strategic and hands-on and believes in continuously developing the organisation and its people by constantly improving systems, customer offerings, corporate governance and the Company’s core values.

Jihad Raad is an accomplished and versatile fit out professional with more than 25 years of professional experience in leading teams and delivering projects. At Havelock One, he carries out multiple roles of overseeing the hospitality manufacturing division in addition to the fit out offices in Seef, Bahrain & Qatar.
