4 teaspoons grated ginger
10 cilantro stems, washed
1 clove of garlic, minced
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on high. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. This will hold for a week in the refrigerator.Makes around a pint.
The golf course received 2.6 inches of rain last week and it's responding beautifully to the much-needed moisture. We were able to complete our summer weed pre-emergent application this past Monday and have been focusing on fine-tuning the course for the upcoming Burke Cup.
