2/General Manager's Letter Members: What a great start to February, with great weather. Just a reminder ... the information requested at the Town Hall meeting is on the member home page you see when you log in to our website. Brent will officially receive his Golf Professional of the Year for South Texas on Monday in Austin. Congratulations again. Tonight we will host the Corpus Christi Tennis Association dinner honoring Ron Woods. Mr. Woods has done so much for the tennis community and the Club over the years. It’s a great week at your Club.

Moules Frites...serves 4 INGREDIENTS 1 bag of frozen fries 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 4 tbsp. unsalted butter (2 oz.) 1 large shallot, finely chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp. kosher salt 2 cups dry white wine 3 pounds mussels, frozen or fresh 2 tbsp. parsley, roughly chopped 2 lemons, juiced

DIRECTIONS Cook French fries according to package instructions. Combine mayonnaise & Dijon mustard & set aside. Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add shallots, garlic & kosher salt. Cook until softened & translucent, about 3 minutes. Add wine & bring to a simmer. Add mussels & stir to coat in aromatics. Cover pot & cook until mussels just begin to open, about 5 minutes. Taste cooking liquid & add lemon juice & salt as needed. Top mussels with parsley. Serve alongside French fries & Dijon mayonnaise dipping sauce.

The grounds team was able to install drainage in three more areas this week: #2 fairway near the approach, # 5 fairway, and on #7 near the fairway entrance.

Here's how to make online court reservations using our website or app Step 1: Login to the Club's website. You'll come to the member home page. Put your cursor on tennis and the drop-down menu will appear. Click on Tennis Reservations.

Step 3: Fill out the form, click on Make Reservation.

Step 2: Go to the day you want, find the court and time you want, then click on it.

On the app: Open our app, click on Tennis Reservations, find your date, court, fill out the info and click on Make Reservations. You'll get a notification on the app confirming your reservation.
