Raita INGREDIENTS 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt ½ cucumber, peeled & seeds removed ½ tbsp.mint chiffonade (rolled & thinly sliced) ¼ tbsp. minced chive 1½ tsp. chopped dill 1 tbsp. cumin powder 1 tbsp. coriander powder 1 clove garlic, grated ¼ cup olive oil 1 lemon juiced ½ tbsp. honey 1 shot of Tabasco Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS Grate & then salt the cucumbers. Allow to sit for a few minutes then squeeze out excess moisture. Combine remaining ingredients & season. Then mix to combine. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days. Makes 1 pint.

SETH SMITH/ GROUNDS SUPERINTENDENT The grounds team was able to complete Traqmatz installation at the fairway exit of hole #18 this past week. In the ‘before’ picture you will see that it was a rather large area of cart concentration that will now be able to withstand the heavy traffic.
