SETH SMITH/ GROUNDS SUPERINTENDENT The driving range tee and chipping green area were overseeded on Monday with perennial ryegrass seed. The ryegrass will provide an actively growing surface through the fall, winter and spring as the bermuda grass growth slows down and would be unable to recover from usage on its own. The Turfhound mats are being utilized on the driving range tee to allow germination over the next week, while the chipping area remains open.
