Letter fr Manager

We are happy to have Jennifer Niemi, our housekeeping department's Employee of the Month, this month. This is also a reminder that you will receive your employee holiday fund letter in November’s statement. This is from the members to the employees, and we do it in November so that we can give it to the employees in December to help them with their holiday needs and so that all of the behind-the-scenes employees get a thank-you as well.

Enjoy the cooler weather and have a great week!

In a mixer or mixing bowl, combine the butter and the sugar With the paddle on high, you want to cream the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the whole egg and the vanilla extract and process until combined. Sift together the remaining dry ingredients. Pour in your dry mixture and mix until just combined. Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes. With a 1 oz scoop, portion the dough into balls. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and line up your dough balls, leaving at least a 2-inch space apart In a pre-heated 350F oven, bake the cookies for 6 minutes Rotate the tray 180 degrees and bake for another 6 minutes Remove the cookies and allow them to cool Enjoy!

The grounds team patched a few thin areas with sod this week around the putting green and #15. This coming Monday, we will be overseeding the driving range tee and chipping area.

The turfgrass portion of the tee will be closed temporarily as we allow the seed to germinate, utilizing the Turfhound mats during the germination period.
