Aji Verde Sauce/yields a pint INGREDIENTS 1 green serrano pepper, seeded 1-½ cups loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves 2 small cloves garlic 2 green onions, chopped 1 tbsp. aji amarillo ground or substitute chipotle 1-½ tbsp. fresh lime juice 1-½ tbsp. olive oil ¼ cup Parmesan cheese ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1 cup mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients except the mayonnaise. Process in a blender until smooth and vibrant green. Combine the puree with the mayonnaise.

SETH SMITH/ GROUNDS SUPERINTENDENT The first drainage project of the year was completed in #13 approach this past week. Sub-surface drainage pipe was installed, followed by gravel and sand, which will allow the area to dry and drain properly moving forward.

Step 3: Fill out the form, click on Make Reservation.

Step 2: Go to the day you want, find the court and time you want, then click on it.

On the app: Open our app, click on Tennis Reservations, find your date, court, fill out the info and click on Make Reservations. You'll get a notification on the app confirming your reservation.
