Another exciting week at the Club. We are happy to announce a new Membership Category, the Clubhouse Membership. This will include Dining, Athletics, and the Pool. More details are in this edition of Club life as well as you can contact Ester if you know of anyone interested. We hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving week, and then next Sunday, December 1st, is gingerbread house decorating. Hard to believe we are getting ready to be in December.

Ingredients

½ cup light soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

1 ½ teaspoons fresh ginger, minced

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon sesame oil

3 tablespoons mirin

¼ cup water mixed with 3 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

In a pot whisk to combine all ingredients and bring them to a boil over medium heat. Lower the heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and reserve. This will hold in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
