Our vendors at 4 Jasmine Place desired a smaller home with less maintenance. We discussed the opportunity to potentially sell their property “off-market”, ensuring the time and energy spent preparing their home for viewings, was rewarded with pre-qualified buyers with genuine interest. Our vendors at 80 Cobham Street were prepared to take the property to the open market, understanding that this approach typically generates more competition and, ideally, a multiple-offer situation that helps achieve top dollar. Our suggested marketing investment was accepted in full with a commitment to photography, videography, Trade Me with Audience Extension, Signboard and a LIM. The number of Trade Me watchers was impressive with 216 after seven days on the market. We welcomed 46 groups through our first two open homes. We were pleased to present an offer to our vendor prior to the deadline sale date. This offer was acceptable, so the deadline date was brought forward. Every year, more than 80,000 New Zealanders are diagnosed with skin cancer. That means that in our city alone around 12,000 people annually will find out they have melanoma or another skin cancer.
