What role do professional treatments play in your

salon? A huge one! For me, if my clients hair isn’t in the best condition possible, i haven’t done my job properly. Salon treatments provide a ritual and an experience and are very different to a take home treatments as they offer a much more intense result that can be supported with take-homes.

How have treatments impacted

your business? It’s not just about the soft and shiny hair clients leave the salon with, it improves client retention too. If i can use an in-salon treatment to help improve the manageability of my clients hair at home, to make their life “easier”, they’ll always come back!

Who do you recommend
