Using Boilers and radiators connected to the mains gas the Victorian home produces 4 tonnes of CO2 per year, marority fo this will be due to the heating system Using a non condensing boiler the efficiecntcy of the building is heaviy reduced due to condencing boilers being 90% efficent.
Assuming the vicorian finishes are still installed Plaster moulds and finishes will be common with some romms with walpaper. because of this decoration the reverbaration times of each room would be slightly diffrent.
Ventilation Due to being built in the regon of 1900 and 1926 no mechanical ventilation can be assumed. Instead natural ventilation from holes in the exterior of the house like windows doors chimney and connections.
Plaster molds connecting the wall to the ceiling will reduce reverberation times of a normal plastered room. a plastered room has an average reverberation time of arround 5 secconds. with a hardwood floor the the time will increase, authough a carpeted floor will decrease the ammout off time with wallpapwer making a insignificant diffrenece due to the thickness of the wallpaper.
Lighting With 70% of fixed lightings being low energy the house is quite efficent with the lighting this can be inproved with the missing 30% of fixed tlights that are not energy efficent
