Responsibilities Of The Project Description

• It Is A Typical f & b Commercial project As a part of the new expansion plan by VRO Hospitality group , intended in opening new outlets of Taki Taki , Cafe Noir , Badmaash , One Night in Bangkok , Hangover in Mumbai .

• One night in bangkok is an remodeling project, transforming a old restaurant into a new restaurant/ bar under the client vro hospitality

• The existing restaurant was converted into a new one where the concept of the new interiors resembles the Delilah restaurant in Las Vegas as per the client’s requirements

• The project is an ongoing project renovated with using existing features to maintain cost efficiency.

• The space was split into two where one acts as a restaurant/ bar and the other acts as a cafe in the suburbs on Navi Mumbai

•preparation of presentation and construction drawings as the project " lead " under the supervision of the principle architect .

•coordinating with project managers and suppliers for progression of the project

• managing digital models ( sketch - up and vray ), keeping them clean and cuurrent throughout iterations , ensuring that the model is up - to - date

• research for new materials to enhance the value of the design as well as the furniture

• preparation of furniture and lighting catalogue by coordinating with project and on site managers

• co - ordinating with client to prevent an un - forseen repercussions
