Postcard User Guide Personalized Postcard Monthly Campaign Instructions Stay top of mind! Sign up to have personalized postcards sent to your contacts on your behalf. Simply sign up once and the Marketing Department will take care of the rest each month automatically. You can opt in or out at any time.

To Opt In: 1. Login to Red Arrow Connect: https://totalexpert.net/login/redarrowconnect 2. On the left side, click on Auto-Campaigns

3. Look for Postcard – Monthly Campaign and select the Actions drop down menu on the right hand side of the screen.

6. To select or edit which contacts you want the postcard distributed to, click on the Edit Group Assignment button on the upper left-hand side of the screen.

8. Select the group(s) of contacts you would like to send a monthly postcard to.

Note: Only contacts that have a full, valid mailing address will be sent a postcard. The lead count may vary monthly depending on the groups that are opted in. As such, number of postcards sent may be less than what is displayed here. You will only be billed for the postcards that actually get sent out.

Postcard User Guide 9. Did you know if your Marketing compensation plan is All Inclusive you get 500 FREE of these postcards each month!?

You can either choose who those postcards go to by selecting the associated group as show above OR just select the “Postcard - Monthly Campaign – Random” option. (If you don’t see this option, contact Marketing@rate.com to have it added as an option to choose from.)

Note: Your Lead Count in “Postcard - Monthly Campaign – Random” group may show as 0. This is because you don’t need to add people to this group. Rest assured, up to 500 postcards will be sent to valid mailing addresses from your Red Arrow Connect contacts database if you have this group selected.

10. Don't forget to click the Submit button to save any changes you have made!

Postcard User Guide Monthly Postcard Opt-Out In order to opt-out of a Monthly Postcard Campaign: 1. Login to Red Arrow Connect: https://totalexpert.net/login/redarrowconnect 2. On the left side, click Campaigns > Auto Campaigns:

4. On the campaign that you want to opt-out of, click Actions > Edit Group Assignment:

6. Click next to the Lead Count, to remove the group dropdown and reveal the Submit option, then click Submit:

Postcard User Guide Random Postcard Group You can send your General Monthly Postcards to a group of 500 Random contacts that are in RAC. In order to do so, you must have the Postcard – Monthly Campaign – Random group created: 1. Login to Red Arrow Connect: https://totalexpert.net/login/redarrowconnect 2. On the left side, click Leads & Contacts > Groups:

3. On the top of the page, click Create:

4. In the name field, type in “Postcard – Monthly Campaign – Random” then click Submit:

Note: You will not need to add any contacts to the new Random group, you will only need to ensure the group has been opted into the General Monthly Postcard Auto-Campaign. 500 contacts will be selected at random from all the contacts within your RAC database. If you have an exception in your Marketing Plan to the 500 postcards, please reach out to RedArrowConnect@rate.com to have that update made to the exception list.

Postcard User Guide Monthly Postcard Recipients You now can view the list of contacts that received a General Monthly Postcard. To view the contacts who received the Postcard: 1. Login to Red Arrow Connect: https://totalexpert.net/login/redarrowconnect 2. On the left side, click Leads & Contacts > Groups:

3. On the right side of the page, you can search “Postcard Recipients” or scroll to locate the group(s):

Postcard User Guide Invalid Mailing Addresses Find Invalid Mailing Addresses The Invalid Mailing Address group is updated monthly based on previous month’s enrollment for the monthly postcard campaign.

1. Login to Red Arrow Connect: https://totalexpert.net/login/redarrowconnect 2. On the left side, Click on Leads & Contacts > Groups:

3. Scroll down and find the group: Invalid Mailing Addresses:

4. Click on the number of contacts to view the entire group:

5. On the right side, click on Column Visibility:

Validating Address Contacts in the Invalid Mailing Address group have had a previous mailing bounce. If you’re able to confirm or edit the address, then you can remove the contact from the group in order to attempt a future mailing.
