INGREDIENTS: • Barspoon x 1
• Benchmark No. 8 Kentucky Straight Bourbon x 1 bottle • Clover Honey x 12 oz. container • Whole limes x 5 each
RECIPE:
Step 1
Make your house blended clover honey syrup, by combining 8 oz. of honey to 4 oz. of hot water (stir until completely integrated)
Step 2
In a tumbler, add 2 oz. of whiskey, 1 oz. of freshly pressed lime juice, ¾ oz. of your house blended honey syrup, and ¾ oz cold water
Step 3
Stir swiftly for 3 seconds to integrate
Step 4
Fill glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge
