Edelschoggi-Macher Bald stellten sie fest, dass die Freude am Kreieren von Schokoladigem besonders groß war. „Mit der Leidenschaft von Pionieren“, so ihre eigenen Worte, fertigten sie unkonventionelle Schokoladeprodukte für ausgewählte KundInnen. Sie arbeiteten Früchte und Gewürze in ihre Pralinen ein und machten sich mit „Nobile Cioccolato“ schon bald einen Namen in der gehobenen Gastronomie.

Und die Kakaobohnen, wo kommen die her? Es sind „Cacao Sélection Felchlin“-Bohnen von der gleichnamigen Firma, die die Edelbohnen mit dem vielschichtigen und intensiven Geschmack direkt von ausgewählten Bauern bezieht.
