From the Chair and CEO Greetings GRCC! We are pleased to announce the introduction of several new events and programs for GRCC in the coming year! These initiatives have been carefully developed to enhance our services and provide greater value to our membership. As an organization, we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation, and we have identified areas where we can further meet the evolving needs of our members and make a positive impact in our community. In an effort to bring health awareness to our community, we present the Empower Wellness Summit on January 13, 2024. To show support and bring awareness to our nonprofit businesses, we will host a Nonprofit Showcase on March 7, 2024. We have added multiple networking opportunities to meet the vast schedules that our membership hold - offering opportunities morning, noon, and evening. To further add value and extend the networking opportunities, we are offering these networking groups to the entire membership at no additional cost. Stay informed of the latest Chamber news and happenings

Chamber Happenings GRCC Hosts Monthly Meeting Luncheon Sponsored by AdventHealth The Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) hosted their Monthly Membership Meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at the beautiful Winthrop Barn Theatre in Riverview. It was a true Taco Tuesday as Fuzzy’s Taco Shop of Riverview served a delicious lunch of tacos in honor of the personal taco holders gifted to each attendee by the luncheon sponsor, AdventHealth. Tanya Knepp of AdventHealth delivered the day’s Invocation to begin the meeting. Leading the attendees this month in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance was the GRCC Military Affairs Committee Co-Leader, Rich Rohde of R Processor, Inc. Mr. Rohde followed the pledge with the Military Recognition honoring Marcus Harris, OCB Captain’s Cut, with Battle Tampa Bay. GRCC Chair of the Board, Tammy See of OEL Heating and Cooling, started the meeting by welcoming the crowd, recognizing the past Board Chairs of Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce, as well as the current Board of Directors who were in attendance. She continued by having all visitors stand and introduce themselves. Special thanks were given to the audio and visual support for the luncheon provided by Mario Johnson with MJI Media; photography by Gerardo Luna of Gerardo Luna Photographs; and linens provided by Susan Williams of Fancy That Specialty Linens.
