The Chamber’s Golf Scramble has been held annually in August since 1991. This year, the Chamber is excited to host the 33rd Annual Golf Scramble this August 2025. Year after year the Golf Scramble has brought local businesses, organizations, and employees together in the spirit of friendly competition for a fun-filled day that encourages, promotes and delivers teambuilding, camaraderie and networking.
This annual Chamber event raises funds for the Chamber’s healthcare initiatives including Physician Recruitment efforts which has helped cut the number of Waterloo Region residents seeking a family physician in half over the past 20+ years
At the beginning of the day, each golfer receives a gift bag. We would love to feature your business in this year's gift bag and hope you will consider donating 150 items (1 per golfer). We do ask that the donation be provided by Friday, August 1, 2025, so we can assemble and distribute the gift bags safely to our guests. Alternatively, if you would prefer to donate a single item of higher value, we are also collecting donations (minimum value of $150) to be used as raffle prizes, door prizes, and team prizes.
Throughout the day, your donation will be prominently featured to all attendees with logo recognition on signage. You will also be included in the emcee ’ s opening remarks and through social media mentions.
