EVENT DETAILS

Date: Monday, June 23, 2025

Location: Foxwood Golf Club: 2777 Erbs Rd, Baden, ON N0B 1G0

Time:

Tee times begin at 9:00am. Your team's Tee Time and your “teams” will be sent to you prior to the event.

Please arrive no later than 20 minutes before your tee time and go straight to the registration table at the front of the building. Registration opens at 8:00am.

Tournament:

Each team will have a Tee-Time Scramble format. This event will be running rain or shine! There are rental clubs available if needed. Please email Jim Duggan at manager.foxwood@golfnorth.ca to set up rentals.

REGISTRATION

Upon arrival at the golf course, please remember to register with the KW Chamber at the registration desk at the clubhouse.

There will be a grab and go Breakfast provided in the Club House before Tee off!

DRESS CODE

Collared shirts required Golf shoes with soft spikes only

HEALTH & SAFETY

FOXWOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Please Note No outside alcohol is allowed on the premise. Please follow the direction of our staff and the signage on-site for your safety Credit and tap payments will be encouraged, but cash payments will still be accepted Clubhouse seating facilities are available on a course by course basis, with limits on capacity to ensure social distancing. Please dispose of any personal trash in the designated receptacles. Please do not litter. Dispose at an appropriate time, or place in your golf bag and take home.

ON COURSE PROTOCOLS

Maintain the bunker areas as best you can for the respect of other players

Refrain from picking up playing partners’ clubs or golf balls

OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS

Groups are to arrive at the course no more than 45 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time

WEATHER PROTOCOLS

Foxwood Golf Course does not provide a lighting detection system

Foxwood Golf Course does not interpret Weather data

Foxwood Golf Course does not provide information on potentially dangerous weather During dangerous weather conditions (lighting, wind, hail, etc ) Foxwood staff will not be allowed to shuttle golfer to safe areas and are responsible for their own well-being

FEATURE HOLE CONTESTS

We have several fun contests going on at holes throughout the course! Prizes have been donated by some of our incredible sponsors for the player who, at the end of the day, wins a Feature Hole contest. Full contest details will be provided at each hole. The winners of these contests will be announced during the dinner the day of the tournament.
