It functions as a testimony of expertise and promise of professionalism we share with customers, and with one another. The strong colors of the mark sweep upward to form an arrow that speaks to going above and beyond. This motion identifies Tonna as a progressive industry leader, always seeking cutting-edge technologies and providing the highest quality expertise. The colors break down to collaborative success in heating and cooling services. The hexagonal panel enclosure serves as a seal of excellence. MINIMUM CLEAR SPACE GOOD MARGINS. In order to keep the Tonna Mechanical signature uncluttered, it needs to be placed in a clean environment. A clearance area that measures the height of the “O” in “Tonna” should be maintained on the sides, starting at the edge of the red rule.

On the approved signatures, there is a white rule outside the red rule that acts as an extra buffer for collaborative materials. This is part of the approved clear space; it should not added to the clear space.

GOOD PRACTICES CORRECT. When using the logo, be sure the logo is placed on a background that enhances visibility. It is always preferable to place the signature on a single-tone background that is white or dark. The logo has a white rule housing all elements. This white border should be present on all materials and should be included in all measures for safe zones.

TAGLINE & PLACEMENT THE JUST RIGHT COMPANY® Tonna Mechanical has a focused commitment to professionalism. The primary tagline, “THE JUST RIGHT COMPANY®,” delivers value-added messaging. The tagline may appear as part of a greater promotion, but should be used sparingly in combination with the signature. For legibility purposes, do not scale the tagline when it is placed with a signature that is smaller than the recommended two inches. Always use approved tagline.

VISUAL SYSTEM TONNA SYSTEMS. The Tonna Mechanical brand’s visual system is a system of flexible components that visually represent access to professional services. This is illustrated through color, photography, typography, and messaging that communicates service and professional expertise. These components can be used across all communications for both Business Audiences and Individual Consumer Audiences. When applying the Tonna Mechanical brand’s graphic elements, especially color and photography, it is important to distinguish between Business Audiences and Consumer Audiences. Marketing for Business Audiences promotes Tonna Mechanical solutions to a typically corporate-oriented audience; whereas Consumer Audiences refer to Tonna Mechanical products and services marketed directly to consumers. Because communications for Tonna Mechanical products and services often differentiate between these two targets, slightly different design styles are employed. Always keep in mind which market the design is meant to communicate with, and apply the appropriate Tonna Mechanical brand style to create the most effective application possible. These are guidelines, not strict rules.

BRAND COLOR PALETTE PRIMARY COLORS. This color palette emphasizes the Tonna Mechanical brand colors. The primary colors of this palette consist of Tonna Red, Blue, and Cool Blue. These colors are equivalent to the Pantone Matching System (PMS), the standards for which may be found in the Pantone Color Bridge. For 4-color process printing, refer to the CMYK values. For screen and web applications (Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Word, video, broadcast, websites), use specifications indicated by the RGB and HEX values. Variations in color may occur, but try to match the Tonna Mechanical color palette as closely as possible. For 4-color printing, use the CMYK values as a foundation before calibrating. Vendors may have their own values and formulas for PMS in 4-color process, but the goal should always be to match the PMS standard of the Tonna Mechanical color palette. Color variations may also occur on screen as a result of different screen calibrations, operating systems, and software.

TYPOGRAPHY PRIMARY TYPEFACE. To help provide a consistent, unified look in the Tonna Mechanical brand’s use of typography, the Gotham typeface should be used on all communications for Tonna Mechanical products and services. The quality of the Gotham typeface is friendly, confident, eloquent and strong. It is a typeface that will last a lifetime and supports the progressive attitude of the Tonna Mechanical brand. Gotham Bold, Heavy and Ultra should be used for headlines or accents. Gotham Book should be used for body copy. Always use Gotham as the primary typeface for Tonna Mechancial brand applications.

TYPOGRAPHY WEB. Tonna Mechanical typography standards should be maintained for website and digital applications. Services and subscription-based libraries of hosted, high-quality fonts should be used to embed the primary typeface. Embedding a typeface allows it to be rendered on a website in supported browsers. This helps to maintain a consistent look across all Tonna Mechanical materials. To provide a consistent, unified look in the Tonna Mechanical typography, the Gotham typeface can be embedded for website design through a Cloud.typography subscription plan from H&J. If a Cloud.typography plan cannot be arranged, a Typekit.com plan offers an embeddable alternative typeface called Proxima Nova. Proxima Nova should never be used in any other instance.
