An Industry Update

In March we attended a Roadshow for Rental Law Changes in QLD and wish to issue another reminder that there are changes to new rental laws for Queensland general tenancies commencing on the 1st May, 2025.

Water Rates Reminder – It’s that time again water rates are due in Toowoomba and the below is applicable to all rental properties With recent changes to legislation around water charging, it’s important to send your latest water rates notice to your Property Manager if your property is water compliant and your tenant is responsible for consumption charges

Did you know we can receive your water and general rates notices directly for you? This service is available across all our branches and can help save you time and hassle If you’d like to opt in, just let us know we’re here to make things easier.
