Property Management Update

As we welcome July and the start of the 2025-2026 financial year, it’s an ideal time to take stock - financially, operationally, and strategically Whether you own one investment or several, now is the moment to pause and consider: what's working, what needs adjusting, and what your next steps might be

Following the rental reforms that came into effect in May, we’re continuing to support both landlords and tenants through the transition If you're unsure how the new laws impact your property, especially around entry procedures, tenant privacy, or compliance with forms like the R22 and R23, we're here to provide clarity and practical guidance

It’s also a great time to consider a free sales appraisal or portfolio review, even if you're not looking to sell Understanding your property’s current market value and assessing its performance can help inform decisions around refinancing, future improvements, or broader investment planning

On the tenancy front, we’re seeing steady leasing activity and stable enquiry levels Maintaining strong tenant relationships continues to be a priority, particularly around communication, fair notice, and ensuring homes remain safe and wellmaintained

Whether you’re preparing for tax time, planning ahead, or just want to better understand your options - we’re here to help

Need a fresh perspective? Reach out for a chat, a portfolio review, or an updated appraisal this month
