Non-refundable. **Parent/legal guardian must be present to join for ages 17 & under. Youth 9 years of age & younger must be accompanied by a paid guardian 15+ years of age. Ages 3 & under free with paid guardian 15+ years of age. Annual members have 30 days from the date of purchase to request cancellation and a prorated annual fee refund. Cancellation must be submitted in writing using The Epic’s official cancellation form . A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the prorated annual fee refund amount. After 30 days, no refund is available. Annual Family Combo memberships, 1-Month, and 3-Month memberships are non-refundable. Add-ons are nonrefundable.
