Swim Lesson Refund Policy
Kirby Creek Swim Academy Swim Evaluations Get proper placement in the Learn to Swim classes with a free evaluation. Please contact Elise Del Toro at edeltoro@gptx.org to schedule an appointment on Monday or Wednesday between 5:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m.
Learn To Swim Program AGES: 3-5 Preschool 1 – Beginner An introduction to swim classes focuses on getting the swimmers comfortable in the water and a class setting, leading to learn floating and streamlines. 30 min. AGES: 6-12 Youth 1 - Beginner Gets children comfortable and introduces them to swimming independently with front and back stream-line skills. 30 min. Youth 2 - Skill Introduction Swimmers start to learn freestyle and backstroke. Stream-lining on front and back independently is required before entering Y2. 30 min. AGES: 13 & up Adult Beginner For first-time and beginner swimmers. 30 min. Adult Advanced For swimmers working on their stroke. 30 min.

Specialty Classes
Assigned Private Lessons For all ages and swimming levels. Will tailor lessons for each individual. 30 min. Swim Team Training Coaches will help develop your swimmers technique while increasing their speed and endurance. This is not a swim lesson. Swimmers must be able to pass level 5 and swim the 4 competitive strokes 25 yards each. Contact Elise Del Toro at edeltoro@ gptx.org to schedule an appointment to try-out. Fee: $60 monthly M/W 7:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.

All classes are 4 lessons.
Due to limited class sizes, participants must be withdrawn from the class 5 days prior to the class start date to receive a refund without a doctor’s note. If minimum class size is not met, a full refund will be issued. If class is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances and cannot be made up, participants will receive a credit or refund for the amount of classes missed.
