Back to School Transitions Kindergarten Transition It’s time to start preparing for the new school year and the transition to kindergarten. Below are the scheduled transition dates for new kindergartners moving from the Child Development Center (CDC) to the School Age Center (SAC). Kindergarten Information Night at the SAC August 19: 5:30 p.m.
