A Note from Our CEO

Greetings,

Access is one of our four pillars to success here at Grace Health. This pillar represents improving access to quality health care and services which supports our mission statement-- to show the love and share the truth of Jesus Christ to southeastern Kentucky - through access to compassionate, high quality, primary health care for the whole person. Access is the first of the four pillars, followed by people, quality, and community. These pillars have been implemented into Grace Health's strategic plan from the start of the organization.

This newsletter tells the unique story of how Grace Health got started. I am so grateful to be a part of an organization that was established on the foundation of Jesus Christ. The values, pillars to success, and foundation all focus on our Savior, which is what makes Grace Health so special.

In this edition, you will find highlights of the amazing job that our staff has done to strive towards improving access to quality health care and services to our communities. In this past quarter, our outreach team has done an excellent job of getting back out in our community to reach out to individuals and inform them of the health care opportunities at Grace Health. Pages 4 and 5 highlight two major events that we utilized to reach hundreds of individuals and represent Grace Health in a positive light.

Looking back on this previous quarter, some very exciting things happened at Grace Health. I am proud to see the growth of this organization in just the past few months as we opened our 10th clinic and hired over 20 new employees. Reflecting on the growth that we've accomplished since the beginning of this organization, it excites me to think about the future and the direction we are heading in.

Our staff continues to go above and beyond to better serve our communities. Now more than ever you all have excelled at being accessible to individuals in the community during a time where face-to-face contact has been limited. I want to encourage you to read this quarter's newsletter to see some of the excellent things that we have been doing to better serve our patients and communities here at Grace Health.
