The HR team has been actively recruiting and working through the hiring process to fill open positions with qualified candidates. As Grace Health continues to grow, we are eager to offer employment opportunities to members of our service areas.

Grace Health has hired over 20 new employees since January 1, 2021. These new employees include Certified Medical Assistants, Data Analyst, Front Office, Medical Assistants, Registered Medical Assistant, RN/Wellness Nurse, Ultrasound Techs, and an X-Ray Tech.

Along with welcoming new employees, we were proud to recognize some valued employees for their loyalty to Grace Health over the years! Heather Mullins, Scribe/CCMA/CMAA, of our Pineville Clinic, and Mary Webb, RMA/Clinical Lead/CMAA, of our Manchester Clinic were awarded their 10-year service pins. We appreciate their work ethic, dedication to our patients, and loyalty over the years and look forward to many more years to come with them in the Grace Health family.

We also recognized several valued employees for five years of loyal service. Grace Health appreciates the value these employees have brought to our clinics and service areas. They are Lana Hoskins (Billing Dept.), Faye Gilbert (CCMA/Clinical Lead/X-Ray Tech), Sharon Bush (Executive Assistant), Lisa Heiser (Director of Payer Relations), Michael Wynn (Eligibility Assistance Outreach), Whitney Parrett (CCMA/Non-Clinical Lead/CMAA), Glenda Sizemore (LPN), Candis Fox (CCMA/Clinical Lead), April Hurley (Nurse Practitioner), Shannon Thacker (LPN), Enrico Ascani (OB/GYN Physician), Maria Ascani (OB Data Assistant/CCMA), and Stephanie Feltner (CCMA).

Kathy Shepherd received our quarterly Stellar Performer award in January for her compassionate service and dedicated work for Grace Health. After retiring as Support Service Manager, Kathy decided to stay with Grace Health in the Billing Department and we're glad she did!

We are so thankful for all of our employees and their amazing efforts. You all make it possible for Grace Health to support our patients and communities by providing them with access to quality medical care and to provide for patients who are in need.
