Patient Portal: A way to improve contactless care
During this COVID-19 pandemic, limiting unnecessary contact has been an essential part of our every-day lives; however, having access to health care is still a necessity. Grace Health is proud to provide a Patient Portal tool to assist our patients during this time. Patient Portal is a great way for patients to access the information and files that they need while being able to limit physical contact. When you visit one of our Grace Health clinics for the first time, new patients will fill out paperwork that will then be put on the Patient Portal. Patients will then be able to access their Patient Portal by going to gracehealthky.org and clicking on the patient portal icon. Tyler Dotson, Patient Support Services Manager, shared that the Patient Portal is designed to help eliminate some of the stresses and concerns that interfere with people seeking health care. With your patient portal, you can be in control of your health care, save time, help you communicate with your doctor, and obtain support care between visits.
This tool is a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information by signing in with a secure username and password.

Recent doctor visits
Discharge summaries
Medications
Immunizations
Allergies
Lab results
Securely message your doctor
Request prescription refills
Schedule non-urgent appointments
Check benefits and coverage
Update contact information
Make payments
Download and complete forms
View educational materials
