Grace Health finds new ways to reach the community

Director of Operations Jerrell Cloud, shared that Grace Health is about being accessible to the individuals in our communities, which influenced the #Here4You campaign. Grace Health desires to be here for all health care needs. Or as well as any other needs we are able to help with. Grace Health clinics, outreach team, and pharmacies are focused on serving our communityies

The mission of Grace Health is to show the love and share the truth of Jesus Christ to Southeastern Kentucky, through access to compassionate, high quality, health care for the whole person. Grace Health is an organization that is focused on community and serving our surrounding communities in a faith-based manner. Grace Health has developed 4 pillars that we try to base our foundation on: access, people, quality, and community.

Grace Health has been blessed to be able to better serve our community with access to quality health care by being able to grow and expand their clinics and services. As highlighted on page 6, Grace Health recently opened up the new Levi Center Clinic in London, Ky, making it the second clinic in the London area and bringing the total to 10 clinics across six different counties.

Grace Health provides basic family practices and internal medicine in many of the clinics, along with a pediatric clinic, and women's care clinic. Grace Health strives to provide for all health care needs by providing access to a wide range of services. Some of these services include basic health care, immunizations, counseling with case management services for chronically ill patients that may be at high risk, nursing home services, and school-based health services for Corbin and Leslie County.
