Council will invest almost $500,000 to renew water mains in key parts of seven suburbs Around one kilometre of water mains will be replaced across Kincumber, Wamberal, Avoca Beach and MacMasters Beach, while half a kilometre of water mains will be renewed throughout Narara, Point Frederick and Springfield. This work reduces the risk of water main breaks and helps protect drinking water quality.

Another major residential development worth over $9 million in Gosford’s city centre has been approved by Council. The go ahead has been given for the up to eight storey, $9.6 million building comprising 43 residential units on Donnison Street West.
