pavilions and the glossy letters adorning Maryville Jewelers’ showroom. Although the name denotes the city charm of Tennessee, Maryville has become a name synonymous with Dalton, Georgia. In 1974, David and Molly Finley moved to Dalton, Georgia, from Maryville, Tennessee, and settled into managing this quaint downtown jewelry store. Shortly after, Watch Repairman, Pat Tanksley, joined David and Molly. Together, the three purchased the store and established the small-town business Maryville Jewelers is today. In 1998, David and Molly’s youngest son, J.T. Finley, became a part of the family jewelry business. Today, J.T. Finley owns and operates Maryville Jewelers, preserving the loyalty and legacy his parents created. As in true mom-and-pop fashion, Maryville Jewelers has maintained their sense of community even amidst expansion. Although the downtown store has grown in size through the years, it continues a strong tradition of customer service, the highest quality jewelry, and unmatched friendliness, all of which are principles that have guided Maryville Jewelers since 1974. Maryville Jewelers’ longtime employees bring the warmth of a family atmosphere and the
