�� TEMP Q1 INCENTIVE: THE YEAR OF THE NOOB LEADERBOARD
The person who generates the most revenue for someone else (calculated by reporting on 25% splits data) will earn a guaranteed super trip spot. All jobs added must have “job passed from” field filled in on the job.
50 NOOBs incentive - Most points at the end of the quarter wins
NOOB call 2 points
NOOB GMS 4 points
NOOB line manager added 4 points
NOOB Job lead (must have line manager name) 8 points
NOOB BD call to line manager 15 points
**You will need to log these actions on bullhorn for the points to count (same as the H2 Incentive)**
By the end of March if you have a minimum of 50 quality noobs in your name (verified by your manager) you will receive a bonus of 100 points.
**Quality NOOBs means: 100% in relevant businesses, 75% spoken to, and 50% with line managers names**
