Diverse Supplier Spotlight

Undercover Snacks was founded by Diana Levy, who was inspired to create gluten-free chocolate treats after her daughters were diagnosed with celiac disease.
The mission began at her kitchen table and later expanded into a commercial kitchen in 2017.
Due to the unique 50/50 chocolate-to-quinoa ratio, Diana innovated custom-engineered equipment, leading to the opening of a state-ofthe-art manufacturing facility in East Hanover, NJ, certified for food safety and quality.
Today, the facility can produce over 40,000 bags of snacks per day, with plans for further expansion.
