A couple of key initiatives include; pivoting to an assemble-to-order operating model for specific high-volume standard products based on forecasted market demands so that the correct component inventory is maintained. This is achieved through economical batch quantities for internally manufactured items as well as with purchased items from supplier partners.
Gilmore marries forecast, keeping on-demand items in stock, and economical batch production to ensure better pricing and availability for customers.
Accurate and rigorous testing
Assembly and test technicians are well trained and experienced in both mechanical and hydrostatic testing. Assembly works from the latest drawing revisions and procedures confirming components are built to Gilmore and industry standards. Products are then performance tested to design operation thresholds so that field function is precisely as expected.
Gilmore is committed to lead in reliability testing, whether it is a client’s requirement or a proprietary product and testing criteria, you can rely on high quality components built with strict assembly and test protocols. All products are serialized, marked with a part number and revision level for complete process traceability. Orders are then packaged with proper documentation and long-term product storage procedures to guarantee safe transit and product care.
Inspection with integrity
The Quality Control Laboratory is fully equipped with an extensive line of precision equipment and tools to inspect machined and purchased components through dimensional and visual inspections so products are correct for desired performance. The Gilmore Quality Team’s attention to detail assures products deliver to the highest quality.
QHSE: Process based approach
Gilmore utilizes a process based approach with sound management principles contained in the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and API Spec Q1, 9th Edition to enhance our ability to meet the needs of customers and continually improve performance.
Our integrated business management and quality management systems warrant that all products and services meet applicable QHSE regulatory requirements.

• Multi-axis CNCs accomodate a variety of metals
• Lapping flatness to 1/2 light band (.0000055”) with surface finish of < 1 Ra
• Citric Acid based passivation system meets ASTM A-967
