Features and benefits

• Qualification exceeds API 16D requirements

Two valves, 2500 cycles each

• Spring biased, unbiased, low interflow and high interflow options

• Improved valve materials:

A276 TP 316 body

Elgiloy spring

Nitronic 60 end cap and cage

PEEK disc seal

HNBR elastomer seals

Reliable shuttle valve suited to provide redundancy in pilot circuits for actuation of larger components.

The 1/4” GEN2 Shuttle Valves act as flow logic components that allow the automatic selection of flow from two supply (inlet) ports to be directed through a common function (outlet) port.

They have been redesigned with significant improvements, that fit within the same footprint as the legacy 1/4” Disc Shuttle Valve, yielding an order of magnitude improvement in cycle life.
