Formerly the Director of Sales at The Residences at The Little Nell in Aspen where he pre-sold $310,000,000 million in 22 months and prior to that held tenure at the Roaring Fork Club in Basalt as a top producing salesperson. Stefan is a known producer and has led sales as their Director for both Auberge Resorts in Los Cabos, MX; Esperanza in 2001 and Chileno Bay in 2015 closing over $180,000,000 million. Most recently he held the Vice President of Real Estate position for the Villa Group at Danzante Bay in Loreto, B.C.S. Mexico where he advised the developers on every aspect of their initial offering.

Stefan has been selling real estate since 1998 in the Roaring Fork Valley. Still active as a PGA Member, Stefan started his career as a golf- professional and was the Director of Golf Instruction at Roaring Fork Club, Basalt, CO from 1999 to 2001. His passions include spending time with his wife, raising his son, traveling, biking, golfing, skiing, and most outdoors.
