Meet Stefan Peirson

Stefan is a known producer and has led sales as their Director for both Auberge Resorts in Los Cabos, MX; Esperanza in 2001 and Chileno Bay in 2015 closing over $180,000,000 million. Most recently he held the Vice President of Real Estate position for the Villa Group at Danzante Bay in Loreto, B.C.S. Mexico where he advised the developers on every aspect of their initial offering.

Stefan is combining his resort experience, long-time relationships, and local knowledge into his general real estate brokerage to provide his clients with a unique perspective.

Stefan believes in technology as a way to evolve and work smarter not longer. In particular, he has a deep knowledge of Internet lead software strategies. Stefan has been selling real estate since 1998 in the Roaring Fork Valley. Still active as a PGA Member, Stefan started his career as a golf- professional and was the Director of Golf Instruction at Roaring Fork Club, Basalt, CO from 1999 to 2001.
