Growing up in Colorado, Erik’s expertise is staked in the heritage and legacy of the Roaring Fork Valley. After playing 4 years of collegiate golf, Erik turned professional and became a golf professional at the Snowmass Club, and made his home in beautiful Snowmass. In the beginning of his transition from golf to real estate, Erik was the Marketing Manager and Real Estate Specialist for Intrawest & the Aspen Skiing Company. Erik was involved in the marketing and sales of the early phase of the Snowmass Residence Club and Base Village Development.
To this day, Erik continues to work as the Preferred Broker representing the Residences at Snowmass Club. Erik has closed over 700 transactions and over $864M in his career. Erik’s resume includes the successful re-start and sell out of the Mountain Sage Townhomes in Carbondale and in addition, the Shadowrock Townhomes in El Jebel. Erik prides himself on being a world renowned broker who has helped hundreds of families find permanent Vacation Homes, Luxury Estates, Townhomes, Condominiums, Fractional and Land acquisitions within Aspen, Snowmass and the Roaring Fork Valley.
