As an Arizona native, I can understand why so many people want to move here. Gorgeous weather, wonderful people, and an incredible dining and entertainment scene are just a few reasons why I fell in love with this desert state. I have lived in the Arcadia neighborhood for over 13 years with my wonderful husband and two daughters, along with our dog Otis. Being a local has helped me gain an insider’s perspective on Arizona real estate, and this knowledge has become one of my strongest qualities as a Realtor.

I specialize in luxury homes in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley area, which requires a particular understanding of the high-end market in Arizona. Fortunately, my previous work experiences have given me the knowledge and skills I need to deeply understand this market and help Arizona residents live luxuriously.

Meet Kris Schatzberg

Kris Schatzberg is an Arizona native who grew up in North Scottsdale and spent his entire adult life working and living the Scottsdale lifestyle. Kris comes to Engel & Völkers from an extensive background in the automotive industry where he spent over 25 years managing sales and marketing.

He started is career by helping his Father Ken Schatzberg, open the world’s first Infiniti Dealership and eventually taking over operations. Kris has spent 25 years focused on client service winning many awards including INFINITI’s highest honor “Circle of Excellence” 7 times.

This focus on the client, combined with an extensive background in high level marketing, gives Kris a strong competitive edge to better market and expose properties throughout North America. Kris is an avid golfer, motorcycle rider, and dog lover. When he’s not working you can find him either on the golf course, riding the beautiful AZ highways, or walking his French bulldog Fin. Growing up in the North East Valley he knows the many communities, trails and courses to better serve his client.
