how’s the market?

Interest rates have continued to lower and are now in the high 3’s and low 4’s range, allowing our market to stay steady, which I foresee through the remainder of the year. This has allowed more home buyers to get off the fence and to buy “more” house. The summer season is typically busy one week and slower the next due to vacation schedules which has been this case this year as well.

A unique number our team tracks is our days on market for our listings, and for our homes that closed in June, our average days on market was 4.5 days. This tells me there are people on the sidelines waiting for the perfect house to go live on the market and will jump immediately if they see it.
