The market has continued to stay busy with many first-time home buyers and move up buyers for their next home. Interest rates recently moved down to the low 4% range which will help some home buyers qualify for a larger home or get off the fence. Our home sellers are seeing many showings and multiple offers within 7-10 days, depending on area and price point.
