All excuses, I have mentioned above have been expressed by the people sitting around the table until food was prepared in 5 minutes and was fully cooked in 10 minutes…better yet, without compromising from its flavor and nutrition too. After a while, at Bursa Tike Restaurant, she worked as restaurant and kitchen chef and in the mean time she became Italian restaurant chef of Bursa Altinceylan sports and activity center. At Ramada Old City Hotel she obtained the first woman executive chef title, at the same time, Sedef Ozan Kıvanç is a member of World Master Chefs Society. Sedef Ozan Kıvanç who has won two gold, three silver and one bronze medals in her previous achievements , now continuous her career as V-ZUG gourmet Academy managing chef.
